Claims: All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of our supplier and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. Please contact us in writing so that we may be able to forward the information to our supplier. If your gift gets lost or damaged during transit, we will place a claim with the courier. Once the claim has been completed and not before, a refund or reshipment will be offered. Claims typically take 3-5 days to process with the shipping courier. All damage claims must be filed in writing via email within 3 business days of the gift being received. NO exceptions. We will not honor damage claims several weeks old under any circumstances.
Incorrect Address: All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip. Our supplier will not be responsible for a gift being miss-delivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. The gift will be shipped to the address supplied on the order. Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not be honored. Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers/ apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
Returns: Our supplier will allow a 7 day return policy during which any recipient may return a gift at their own expense, within 7 days of receiving it, if not completely satisfied. A refund of the wholesale cost of the gift only will be honored. If our supplier has committed an error or a gift is damaged, we will work with them to retrieve the gift and refund it in full or re-ship it. But, again we must be able to retrieve the damaged gift to offer a refund of any kind. No additional discounts will be offered if the gift can not be retrieved. We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to do so at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind being offered. If for any reason, other than damages or errors on the part of our supplier, a customer wants to return a gift, they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee.
Cancellation: You may cancel an order, however, there are fees associated with cancelling an order after it has shipped. The following fees will apply: shipping charges to and from the destination and a 20% restocking fee. If we need to request UPS to intercept the delivery there is an additional $12.50 fee.
Substitutions: Our supplier will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listings. However, in the event we are out of stock on any item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions. If for any reason our supplier will be out of an item for an extended period of time, they will notify us and we will exclude that item from our selection.
Shipping Discount: Free UPS Ground shipping will be offered on each gift basket priced $59.95 or above except sales items. We will only charge $5.95 for UPS Ground shipments for all other gift baskets except sale items. The discount only applies to UPS Ground shipping. If you select any other method, full shipping charges will be applied. Gift baskets are individually priced, therefore, if you select two baskets; one priced above $59.95 and one priced below, you will receive free UPS Ground shipping for the first gift basket and you will pay $5.95 shipping for the second basket. Remember, your gift should arrive at its destination within three to four days.
